Tender Notice — Municipal Committee Jhelum: Road Works, Independence Day Arrangements & MC Shops Beautification (Closing 2026-08-10)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Jhelum. Procurement under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage One Envelope procedure via e-Procurement (e-PA&DS / e-PADs). Registered contractors/firms/manufacturers/authorized dealers registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on e-PADs may submit bids online only.

How to apply and key conditions:

- Download bidding documents from https://eprocure.gop.pk/ or the e-Procurement login page.

- Bids must be submitted through e-PADs in accordance with instructions in the procurement documents before the stated deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day through e-PADs.

- Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR / Pay Order (from Bank of Punjab) in favor of Municipal Committee Jhelum. Upload scanned copy of bid security on e-PADs and submit the original CDR in the office of the undersigned on or before the closing date/time.

- Non-responsive or incomplete bids (without required BOQ/analysis/summary where applicable) will be rejected. The Procuring Agency may reject all bids or accept any bid as per rules. Bidders must upload their bids on e-PADs before the deadline; Municipal Committee Jhelum will not be responsible for e-PADs/bid submission failures.
