Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) invites applications from qualified professionals for multiple senior positions on a fixed-term contract basis to support energy infrastructure, transmission, distribution and related projects.

| Deputy Director (Contracts & Procurement) | Bachelor (16 years) in Engineering / Business Administration / Commerce / Supply Chain Management. Master's or professional procurement certification (e.g., PMP, MCIPS) preferred. | Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in energy, transmission, infrastructure, EPC, public sector or donor-funded projects. | Maximum 45 years |
| Deputy Director (Project Design & Engineering) | Bachelor of Engineering (16 years) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering. Master's in Project/Engineering Management preferred. PEC registration as Professional Engineer preferred. | Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in design and engineering of transmission, distribution, substations, preparation of design/specifications, standards and tender documents. | Maximum 45 years |
| Deputy Director (HR & Administration) | Bachelor (16 years) in Human Resource Management / Public Administration / Business Administration. Master's in HRM or related field preferred. | Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in HR management, administration or governance within public/private sector or autonomous bodies. | Maximum 45 years |
| IT Officer | Bachelor (16 years) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering. IT professional certifications preferred. | Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in IT operations, infrastructure deployment, ERP/SAP or software systems management. |
Contract & Remuneration: Market-based compensation determined through negotiation; positions filled on a fixed-term contract (three years) extendable based on performance. Contract service is neither regularized nor pensionable.

Other Requirements & Conditions: Candidates working in government/semi-government/autonomous organizations should apply through proper channel and may need to submit NOC. Professionals abroad without PEC registration may apply but must obtain valid PEC registration within stipulated time if selected. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and required to produce original documents. EIDMC reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the recruitment process at any stage. TA/DA will not be admissible for interviews.
