ECSP Tender: Procurement of Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Photocopiers, Plotter, Interactive Screens & LEDs

Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP) invites bids from eligible registered firms/companies/sole proprietors for the procurement of laptops, desktops, printers, photocopy machines, plotter, interactive screens and LED displays under a Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.

Key submission and bid conditions:

- Bidding is open to eligible firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax as applicable). Electronic bids must be uploaded via the Punjab e-Procurement System in PDF format under the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure.

- Original hard copy of the Bid Security (Pay Order / Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit from a scheduled bank) must be delivered to the ECSP Head Office. Bid security amounts are listed in the table above and must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. Bid validity must be 90 days from the bid submission date.

- Bids for each lot will be received and opened at the ECSP Head Office (83-A, E/1 Main Boulevard, Gulberg-III, Lahore). Electronic submission and e-bidding procedures are governed by Punjab Procurement Regulations; bidders should register and submit via https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.

- Original Bid Security and any required hard documents must reach the Head Office by the bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules. Performance guarantee and other post-award conditions apply as per the bidding documents.
