GIKI Tender: Running of Cafeteria on Rental Basis at GIK Institute, Topi (Swabi)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids for the hiring/outsourcing of the GIK Cafeteria on a rental basis under a Framework Agreement. Eligible firms must have at least five (05) years' experience operating cafeterias or food service facilities at large educational institutions or comparable organizations and must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax (GST), the relevant Provincial Revenue Authority, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Bid documents are available at the GIKI website or can be collected from GIK Admin Block, Room F-09. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and refundable earnest money of Rs. 100,000 must accompany sealed bids submitted by 15:00 on 2026-08-03; proposals will be opened at 15:30 the same day.
