HR Executive (1) – NADRA Technologies Limited (Islamabad)

Employer: NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) is recruiting an HR Executive for its Regional Head Office in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities & skills include:

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage compensation and benefits and ensure HR policy compliance
• Provide day-to-day HR support and handle employee queries
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Prepare HR reports; strong communication, writing and active listening skills

Terms & application details:

• Selected candidate will be hired on an initial contract of 03 years and will serve a 6-month probation period.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview; original documents must be produced at interview.
