RUDA Invitation for Bids: External Audit Services (3-Year)

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) invites proposals from State Bank of Pakistan Category ‘A’ audit firms for provision of external audit services for three (03) years. Tender documents are available from the RUDA office on submission of a non-refundable Pay Order/CDR of PKR 10,000 (valid 90 days) in favor of RUDA; the advertisement and RFP are also available at www.ruda.gov.pk/tenders.

Technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes must be submitted by 3 August 2026, 11:00 AM to RUDA (151 Abu Bakar Block, Garden Town, Lahore). The technical proposal must include a Bid Security of PKR 50,000 (valid 90 days beyond bid validity) in the form of Pay Order/CDR.
