Tender: Security Services with Armed Guards – Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi (FY 2026-27)

Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites bids (Punjab e-Procurement) for provision of security services with licensed arms for specified municipal sites for one year (FY 2026-27). This single-stage, two-envelope tender requires separate Technical and Financial proposals. Only bids uploaded via Punjab e-procurement will be considered; manual bids are not acceptable except for the original CDR where required.

Key eligibility & submission requirements: Firms must be registered and compliant with applicable authorities (SECP and NTN), and registered on Punjab e-procurement for FY 2026-27. Firms should hold EOBI/PESSI registrations and obtain any required NOC from the Ministry of Interior. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened. Bidders must upload bids on the Punjab e-procurement portal and also submit the original CDR hard copy in the Municipal Corporation office before the bid closing time. All taxes will be deducted as per Government of Punjab rules.

Submission & opening: Last date and time for bid submission: 2026-08-10 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM.
