Eligibility & Qualifications: MBBS degree with detailed marks sheets of all professional examinations; valid PMDC/PMC registration; certificate of passing FCPS Part-I in the relevant field (where applicable); house job certificate. Relevant experience certificates if available. Age limit: maximum 45 years as of the last date of submission.

2. MBBS degree and detailed marks sheets of all professional exams.
3. Attempt certificate of all professional examinations.
4. House job certificate.
5. Valid PMDC / PMC registration certificate.
6. Certificate of passing FCPS Part-I in the relevant field (if applicable).
7. Experience certificate(s), if any.
8. Work and conduct report(s) from employer, if any.
9. Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
10. Two latest passport-size photographs.

Selected trainees will be governed by WAPDA rules; leave will be permissible as per CPSP rules.
