| Minimum Qualification | PhD (preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a relevant field) from an HEC-recognized university. Final/required degree must be completed. |
| Experience | At least 12 years of experience in academia/research administration in higher education institutions, including a minimum of 3 years of leadership/managerial experience in research development, technology transfer or commercialization. Experience in research grants, funding proposals, industry linkages, technology incubation, patents/IPR, HEC-funded research projects, research impact assessment and commercialization strategies. Strong publication record and experience with innovation hubs/incubators/startups preferred. |
