PITB Invitation to Bid – Food & Catering Services Framework Contract (NDP-02)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). Invitation to bid for procurement of Food & Catering Services for PITB various projects under Framework Contract (NDP-02). Tender follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Tender documents are available and may be downloaded free of cost from PITB and PPRA websites: www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

- Technical and financial separate bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped and submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP Portal) at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.

- Deadline for online submission: bids must be submitted on the e-Procurement System by 11:00 hours on 2026-08-10. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date as per PPRA rules.

- Bidders must upload bids on the e-Portal before the submission deadline; late submissions or submissions by other modes will be rejected. Incomplete, unsigned or unstamped bids will not be accepted.

- Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents mentioned in the Tender Document must accompany the bids.

- For electronic bids submission bidders are requested to register at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. For queries regarding registration on the Punjab E-Procurement System please contact 1248.

- PITB reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules.
