Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways — Invitation for sealed bids to grant lease rights (non-renewable premium/commitment fee and annual rental) on selected Pakistan Railway land on a single-stage, two-envelope basis for public-private partnership projects including commercial, shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, IT parks, hotels, hospitals/healthcare, 3-5 dealer showrooms, retail outlets and food outlets.
