Pakistan Airports Authority Tender: Procurement of Oil & Filters for North Region (Logistics Centre North, Rawalpindi)

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) — Logistics Centre (North), Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for supply of oils and filters for North Region airports/locations. E-bids are invited from bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments holding valid NTN & GST and an Active Taxpayer List of FBR.

Key information and conditions:

- Procurement method: Single Stage–Two Envelope basis (Local Cost Based Selection / LCBS) in accordance with PPA Rules and regulatory requirements.

- Bidders must submit a Bid Security as specified in the bidding document in the form of Pay Order in favour of "Pakistan Airports Authority". Original bid security must reach the office before the date of opening.

- E-Bidding: Bidders must use the EPADS v2.0 e-bidding platform. Tender documents, terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS): https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.

- Bidders are required to get themselves registered on EPADS v2.0 on or before the bid submission closing time.

- Any financial instrument submitted by a bidder, if found fake or dishonored at any stage, will result in the bid being considered non-responsive and legal action as per law.
