Issuer: Peshawar Development Authority (Regi Model Town, Zone-IV Office). Auction of commercial plots, residential plots (ownership basis) and cafeteria (lease basis) in Regi Model Town, Peshawar. Auction date: 11 August 2026 at 11:00 hrs at Peshawar Development Authority, Zone-IV Office.
How to apply: Interested parties must submit call deposit(s) as specified below from any scheduled bank in Peshawar in the name of Director General, Peshawar Development Authority, at least one day prior to the auction date. Auction will be conducted in accordance with PDA Auction Regulations-2021 (as amended 2024). Detailed terms and conditions and the auction schedule can be downloaded from the PDA website (www.pda.kp.gov.pk) or obtained in hard copy from the PDA office during working hours.
Key payment conditions (as stated): highest bidder must deposit 35% of the bid amount into PDA account within 10 days of communication of bid approval; failure to do so will result in cancellation and forfeiture of call deposit. Successful bidder/firm must deposit the remaining 65% within 60 days (2 months) of issuance of the offer/allotment letter; non-payment will result in forfeiture and withdrawal of the offer. Call deposits of the three highest bidders will be retained for 14 days; other call deposits will be returned after auction proceedings.
