Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Tender Notice — Single-Stage Two-Envelope Bids

Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA). PAA invites tenders through the e-procurement platform (EPADS / eprocure.gov.pk) under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure (technical and financial envelopes).

Key requirements: bidders must register and submit bids via the EPADS system. A bid security of PKR 4,000,000 is required. Non-responsive, incomplete or dishonored bids will be rejected.
