Auction Notice — Disposal of Scrap Oils & Gas Items, Chashma Barrage (Mianwali)

Issuer: Works & Housing (W-H), Chashma Barrage Colony, Distt. Mianwali.

Purpose: Sealed quotations are invited for the disposal of undermentioned items on an "as-is, where-is" basis.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Tender documents are available from the W-H Site Office for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.
• Inspection: Any working day (Monday to Thursday) from 09:00 to 15:00 by prior appointment for security-cleared persons; bring original CNIC at time of inspection.
• Earnest money: 10% of the quoted price (call deposit) must accompany the quotation in favour of Manager (Accounts), Site Office.
• Submission: Sealed quotations along with copy of CNIC, phone/cell number and firm details must reach the M/W-H Site Office within 20 days after the advertisement. Envelopes should be clearly marked "Quotation for Scrap Items."
• Opening: Quotations will be opened at Abaseen Club, Chashma Colony, Distt. Mianwali in the presence of interested bidders.
• Successful bidder: Deposit 25% of the offered value immediately (cash/CDR) with the Accounts Division cashier. Balance of the offered value plus applicable income tax (10% for filers; 15% for non-filers) must be paid within ten days of award. Failure to make full payment will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit and cancellation of the award.
• Rates must state whether GST is inclusive or exclusive; if not stated, the quoted rate will be deemed inclusive of GST.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations according to prevailing rules.
