Auction Notice — Sale of Scrap & Used Oils at W-H Chashma Site, Mianwali

Sealed quotations are invited for disposal of the undermentioned items on an "as is where is" basis by the W-H (Ware House) Chashma Site. Tender documents are available from the W-H Site for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.

Key submission & purchase conditions:

- Tender documents: Obtainable from W-H Chashma Site on payment of Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable).

- Inspection: Can be made on the premises on working days (Monday to Thursday) from 09:00 to 15:00 hrs and by appointment for security-cleared persons. Interested persons must bring original CNIC at time of inspection/visit.

- Earnest money: Call deposit of 10% of quoted price (refundable) in favour of Manager (Accounts), Site Office, is mandatory with the quotation.

- Submission: Sealed quotations with a copy of CNIC, phone/cell number and firm details must reach the M(W-H) Site Office, Chashma within 20 days after publication of this advertisement. Envelope must be clearly marked "Quotation for Scrap Items".

- Opening: Quotations will be opened at the Abaseen Club, Chashma Colony, District Mianwali in the presence of interested and security-cleared bidders.

- Successful bidder: Will be required to deposit 25% of the offered value (in cash/CDR with the cashier of Accounts Division) at the spot. The balance of the offered value plus 10% income tax (as applicable) must be paid as specified in the sale letter; failure to pay within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of deposits and cancellation of the offer. Delivery of scrap items will be subject to full payment and other stated conditions.

- GST: Rates must clearly state whether GST is inclusive or exclusive. If GST is not specified, the quoted rate will be considered inclusive of GST.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per prevailing rules. The notice is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) under public sector organizations.
