Issuer: Directorate General of Sports, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Purpose: Pre-qualification of individuals, firms, clubs and companies to outsource the management, operation and maintenance of sports facilities at Hayatabad Sports Complex and Peshawar Sports Complex on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis for an initial period of 5 years (extendable for another 5 years subject to satisfactory performance).
| Facilities / Scope | Operation, management, maintenance and allied services of hockey turfs, gymnasium, squash courts, tennis courts, swimming pool, Badminton hall, Basketball hall, volleyball court and other related sports facilities; ensure facilities are properly maintained and operate sports activities/events. |
| Eligibility / Requirements | Applicants must possess relevant experience, financial capability, valid registration with tax/regulatory authorities and must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization. |
| Process | Pre-qualification will be carried out in accordance with KPPRA Rules. Only pre-qualified firms/individuals will be invited to participate in the subsequent bidding process. Pre-qualification documents are available through the E-PAK / ePAIDS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) portal and from the Directorate as published. |
