Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of goods for PMU-2/2026-27 (Transmission Line Hardware) (Ref: P56384). Procurement will follow Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004; bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 2026-08-12 10:00 AM (opening 10:30 AM same day). The original hard Bid Security and covering letter must be delivered to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU PESCO, Peshawar, on or before bid closing time. Manual submissions will not be accepted; full bidding documents are available on EPADS and PESCO websites.
