Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the purchase of approximately 20,800 metric tons of sealed wheat stock lying in rice mills, grain merchants' warehouses and private godowns in District Usta Muhammad. The auction will be conducted on an "As-Is, Where-Is" basis through open competitive sealed bidding.

| Eligible Bidders | Flour mills, registered grain traders, feed manufacturers, industrial users. Bidders must be approved by the competent authority and possess valid CNIC, NTN, and Sales Tax Registration (where applicable). Bidders blacklisted by any government department are not eligible. |
| Inspection | Interested bidders may inspect the sealed wheat stock at the respective locations in District Usta Muhammad during office hours before submission of bids. |
| Bid Security | Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 20.00 million in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Draft in favour of the Director General, Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan. |
| Reserve Price | Benchmark reserve price is Rs. 3,500 per 40 kg (as notified by Federal Government) |
| Weightment & Delivery | Weightment will be final based on actual weight determined at the time of delivery. Payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight. Loading, transportation and all incidental expenses shall be borne by the purchaser. |
| Payment & Handover | The successful bidder shall make payment on spot to the owner before delivery of the wheat stock. |
| Right of Acceptance | The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partly, without assigning any reason, in accordance with applicable procurement laws and Government policy. |
| Bid Submission & Opening | Bids shall be submitted on 2026-08-13 at 09:00 AM and will be opened on the same date. |
