Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) invites applications for multiple contract positions to support energy infrastructure development and management. Appointments will be on a fixed-term contract basis (initially three years) with market-based compensation.

Preferably Master's or professional procurement certification (e.g., PMP / procurement certifications) or Contract/Supply Chain Management. | Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in energy, transmission, infrastructure, EPC or public/donor-funded projects. | Maximum 45 years |
| Deputy Director (Project Design & Engineering) | 01 | Bachelor of Engineering (16 years) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering. Preferably Master's in Project/Engineering Management. Registered Professional Engineer (PEC). | Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in design and engineering of transmission lines and substations, including preparation/review of design drawings, calculations, technical specifications and tender documents. | Maximum 45 years |
| Deputy Director (HR & Administration) | 01 | Bachelor (16 years) in Human Resource Management / Public Administration / Business Administration (HRM). Candidates working abroad who are not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) but are selected must obtain PEC registration. Candidates employed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organizations should apply through proper channel with NOC where applicable. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews and required to produce original documents. EIDMC reserves the right to cancel or withhold the recruitment process. No TA/DA will be admissible.
Contract terms: Positions are on contract initially for three (03) years with a three-month probation period; extension is subject to satisfactory performance. Contracts are non-regular and non-pensionable.
