IESCO Disposal Notice — E-Bids invited for Scraps, Panels & Porcelains (closing 2026-07-24)

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Headquarters, Islamabad invites e-bids for disposal of surplus/condemned material on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis via the E-PADS v2.0 portal. Bids will be received online and opened in the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management) as per the schedule below.

Key dates & submission: Online E-Bids through E-PADS v2.0 will be received up to 24-07-2026 by 10:30 AM; bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bidders may inspect material at IESCO Regional Store Wah during office hours up to 23-07-2026.

How to apply / portal: Apply only through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal Systems (E-PADS) Portal v2.0 online: http://www.vendor.epads.gov.pk/login. Original bid security in the shape of CDR / Bank Guarantee (as specified against each lot) must be submitted before bid closing time.

Important terms (summary): Bid validity 120 days from e-bid opening. Bid security must be issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan (rating A+ or above) in favour of Chief Executive Officer IESCO. Disposal is strictly on “as is where is” basis. Successful bidder must deposit payment within the stated timeframe (period mentioned in the tender). FBR registration and active taxpayer status required. Advance taxes (GST 18% where applicable and 10% income tax or other applicable taxes) will be applied as per rules.
