NHA (Punjab-North) Invitation to e-Bids — Repair of N-5 Carriageway & Rehabilitation of Srinagar Highway Bridge

National Highway Authority (NHA), Ministry of Communications — Punjab-North Region (Central Zone) invites e-Bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department (active taxpayers), Federal Board of Revenue and Pakistan Engineering Council for the listed road maintenance and emergency rehabilitation works on N-5.

Key submission details and requirements:

- Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelope (details available in bidding documents).

- Bid security: 2% of Engineer's Estimate in the shape of Pay Order / CDR in favor of "National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund - Security Deposit)".

- Eligibility: Contractors must be registered with Income Tax Department (active taxpayer status), on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the applicable year.

- Bidding documents and instructions are available free of cost on the NHA e-Bidding portal (www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk). Prospective bidders should follow the NHA website for updates and any addenda.

- Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted via the NHA e-bidding portal on or before 2026-07-24 up to 11:00 Hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hours.

- NHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process in accordance with rules; bidders providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information shall be disqualified.
