Tender: Hiring Event Management Firm for Minority Day Event — Human Rights & Minorities Affairs Dept., Punjab

Issuer: Human Rights and Minorities Affairs Department, Punjab (Section Officer - Admn). Invitation to bids (Bid Ref No. SO(A)HR&MA:F.W./1-2025) for hiring an event management firm to organize a Conference & Seminar for Minority Day.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order. Bid validity will remain 120 days from submission.

The Human Rights and Minorities Affairs Department reserves the right to reject bids/scrap the bidding process as per PPRA rules. Response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website and E-Procurement Portal.
