Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Punjab invites bids from reputable manufacturers/contractors/dealers/firms/suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and Professional Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR for a three-year framework contract (locked costs on need basis) for supply of tents and relief items.
Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single-Stage Two-Envelopes). Bidding documents are available for download from the PDMA website and the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).
