National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites sealed bids for consultancy services for construction supervision, verification of contractor invoices, and testing & commissioning of a 220 kV double-circuit twin-bundle transmission line from Mohmand Dam HPP to the existing 220 kV Nowshera Industrial Grid Station (approx. 67 km). Tender No. RFP-TL-02-2026, e-PADS Ref: F-26071947084. Procurement will follow National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure).
Bidding documents are available on NGC’s website and e-PADS (www.ntdc.com.pk). Submit bids through e-PADS only by 2026-08-06 at 11:00 AM PST. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST. Advertisement also available on PPRA and NGC websites (www.ppra.org.pk & www.ntdc.gov.pk).
