Pakistan Tobacco Company (PTC) invites interested contractors to submit a Letter of Intent for pre-qualification to provide Operations, Maintenance and Rigging services for its utility and production facilities. Services cover operation & maintenance of compressors, dryers, vacuum pumps, pneumatic fans, dust collectors, effluent treatment plant, filters, freezers, HVAC, paint shop, water treatment, air washers, gas burners and similar plant equipment; maintenance services for green leaf threshing plant and primary tobacco processing; and rigging services for machinery movement and heavy lifting.

Interested parties must submit a sealed Letter of Intent along with required documentation by courier or via online submission (QR code provided). Include the Tender reference number Y26/ROC/POMS/06 on the submission.

| Company NTN and applicable provincial tax registrations (PRA/KPRA) and other tax certificates. |
| List of clients with contact numbers and details of services provided; completion/reference certificates for the last 3 years. |
| Copies of registrations with relevant national/international institutes or engineering bodies (where applicable) and PEC registration if relevant. |
| Affidavit/certificate that the firm is not blacklisted by any government authority or PTC and is not involved in litigation with government departments or PTC. |
| NTN, EOBI/PESSI registration certificates and any other statutory registrations. |
| Annual income tax return statements filed with FBR for the last 3 years and audited financial statements certified by Chartered Accountants for the last 3 years. |
PTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Letters of Intent without assigning any reason. Final parties will be selected from among the interested and qualified firms for award of contracts. Submit proposals to:
