| Experience | Minimum 7 years of post-qualification professional experience in social development and social safeguards management, community engagement and rural/community work—preferably in integrated water resources, flood management, rural infrastructure, livelihood improvement, resettlement and stakeholder consultations. Experience with gender and vulnerable group engagement, field-level community consultations, institutional coordination and social safeguards instruments is required.
