| Experience | Experienced, eminent professional of known integrity and competence with a minimum of 20 years of related experience in the oil sector. Relevant areas include transportation, refineries, exploration, corporate restructuring, privatization, implementation of reforms, investment planning, development finance, sector regulation and pricing of oil products. Demonstrable track record at senior policy and strategy formulation level is desirable. |
| Pay / Remuneration | Entitlement as per Median of MP-I Scale along with permissible perks/allowances. |
| Tenure | Initial term of three years. Eligible for re-appointment for a further term of four years or until attaining the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier. |
| Ineligibility | Any candidate found in violation of the relevant provisions of the OGRA Ordinance, 2002 shall be considered ineligible for appointment. |

Candidates must submit a CV and one set of attested copies of educational degrees/transcripts, experience certificates, CNIC and one passport-sized photograph.
