AWT Housing Scheme / AWT Real Estate Lahore invites sealed tenders for the construction of a 24 Marla Plaza at (38 Kanal) Downtown Commercial Area, AWT Housing Scheme Phase-2, Lahore. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-2 for 2026-27.
Bidding documents are available on written application and payment of Rs.10,000 (non-refundable) by Demand Draft in favor of AWT Real Estate Lahore until 26 July 2026. All bids must include a 2% bid security (Demand Draft in favor of AWT Real Estate Lahore) and be delivered to the GM, AWT Housing Scheme, Lahore before 11:30 hours on 10 August 2026; bids will be opened at 11:30 on the same day. Sealed, signed, non-conditional bids with earnest money only will be accepted.
