Tender: HR Outsourcing Services for Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA) via Punjab e-Procurement

Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids from well-reputed and experienced firms/companies for provision of Human Resource (HR) Outsourcing Services for PSBA under a Framework Contract in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) using the Single Stage – Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure.

Key conditions:

• Tender documents and bidding instructions are available in English and may be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and from authorized publishing portals as indicated by PSBA. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and registration authorities as required under the Punjab Procurement Rules.
• Technical and Financial bids must be submitted online in accordance with the tender documents. PSBA will not be responsible for portal-related submission issues; bidders must upload well before the deadline.
• All bids must include the prescribed bid security as per PPRA/Punjab procurement rules.
• PSBA reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
