The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites proposals for hiring an independent transaction advisor firm to perform legal, financial and technical evaluation of the revised proposal submitted by M/s Urban Enclave concerning the amalgamation of OPF Greens, OPF Town and Urban Enclave. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope QCBS procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
RFP documents are available and proposals must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/). Proposals must be submitted by 28 July 2026, 12:00 PM; proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. A bid security is required.
