Issuer: Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil Headquarter Babozai, District Swat.
Purpose: Electronic tenders are invited through the ePADS system for multiple uplifting/beautification infrastructure packages (including roads, street lights, monuments, green spaces) under Provincial ADL PD No. 94/250164 (2025-26) for northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
Key eligibility and submission requirements: Contractors must be registered with PEC, K-PRA and possess required specialized codes and active NTN registration with FBR. Bidders must submit bids through ePADS; bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required (values listed below).
