Issuer: Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Attached Department Complex, Gate No. 5, Khyber Road, Peshawar. Contact: Phone 091-9210557, 9223541, 9210963 | Email: [email protected]. Reference: INF(P)3612/26.
Purpose: Request for Proposals (RFP) through the EPADS system to engage any of the shortlisted consultant firms for Construction Supervision of ADP Scheme No. 1945/263084 (2026–27) – Rehabilitation & Improvement works on:
- Nathaigal – Barian Road (Length: 57.50 km)
- Kuzagil – Ayubia – Khanspur Road (Length: 6.15 km)
Submission and key instructions:
1. Firms must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals for each assignment via the EPADS System (https://pk.epcprocure.gov.pk) in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TORs).
2. Submission deadline: 2026-07-31 at 12:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.
3. Eligibility: Firms must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant codes and registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA).
4. Selection method: Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) as per the RFP.
5. RFP documents and TORs are available on PKHA's website (www.pkha.gov.pk) and on the EPADS portal.
6. A non-refundable Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of PKR 5,000 (as bidding entry fee) must be deposited in favor of the Managing Director, PKHA, and must reach the PKHA office before the closing date and time.
7. Successful bidders are liable for all applicable taxes and statutory levies at prevailing rates.
