KPUMA RFP – Feasibility Study for Peshawar–Nowshera–Jehangira Railway (QCBS)

Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority (KPUMA). KPUMA invites Request for Proposals (RFPs) from reputed consultancy firms for the Feasibility Study of the Peshawar Valley Railway Project (Peshawar–Nowshera–Jehangira section) under the relevant ADP scheme. Selection will follow Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS).

Eligibility: Reputed consultancy firms with active registration with relevant professional bodies (examples shown include PEC codes such as 1201, 1214, 1215), and valid tax registration (FBR/KPRA). Relevant experience in feasibility studies, transport planning and railway engineering is required.

How to apply: Download RFP / bid documents from the official KPPRA and KPUMA websites after publication of the NIT. RFPs must be completed and a clear scanned copy uploaded at the time of e-application via the EPADS e-procurement system. Proposals (technical & financial) are to be submitted through EPADS.

• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-29 at 11:00 AM (KPUMA address below).
• Submission deadline (closing): 2026-08-05 at 02:00 PM.
• Technical proposals opening: 2026-08-05 at 02:30 PM.

Other notes: KPUMA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals under applicable procurement rules.
