GIK Institute Tender: Washroom Ceiling Replacement, Hostel No. 1

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIK Institute) invites sealed bids (single stage, one envelope) in Pakistani rupees for the supply and installation for replacement of ceiling at washrooms in Hostel No. 1. Submit your bid as per the annexed format to the office of the undersigned (Director, Works & Projects, GIK Institute) in Topi, Swabi on or before 28 July 2026 at 11:00 AM; late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 11:15 AM on the same day in the office of Director (Works & Projects).

Key requirements: bid validity 15 days from closing; tender fee Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable); 2% bid security in the form of CDR; samples for each item are mandatory before supply; delivery to GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi; payment within 2–3 weeks after acceptance subject to applicable tax deductions.
