Tender Notice — Urban Planning & Development Department, Kalat Division (Khuzdar) for Road, Street & Solar Light Works

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Kalat Division, Khuzdar.

Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014. Electronic bids only; no physical bids will be accepted. Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Basic eligibility: valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (relevant category C-4 or above), active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, valid income/sales tax registration, and relevant past turnover and experience as required.

Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit/Banker’s Cheque from a scheduled bank, in favor of the undersigned. Bidders must not be blacklisted.

Issuance & download: Bidding documents may be downloaded by eligible firms/contractors from the relevant procurement/e-procurement source (as stated by the procuring agency). Tender processing fee and deposit instructions are provided in the bidding documents.

Submission: Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement system. Last date and time for electronic submission: 2026-07-28 (deadline as published). Tender opening will follow on the same day.
