Tender: Solar Water Supply & Solar System Works — Urban Planning & Development Dept., Kalat Division (Khuzdar)

Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Kalat Division at Khuzdar invites sealed tenders for multiple civil/electromechanical works (solar water supply schemes, borehole works with solar systems and allied items) under PSDP schemes in Mastung and surrounding areas.

Works include community solar water supply schemes, borehole drilling/rehabilitation with solar pumping systems and household solar system installations. Estimated costs for major packages are shown up to PKR 24,752,679; one smaller package is PKR 3,990,950.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Eligibility: firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and appearing on active tax rolls; bidders must have required PEC category, valid registration and turnover/experience as per the bidding documents. Bid security (as required) and an affidavit/declaration regarding blacklisting are mandatory. Bidders must submit documents and bids in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents.

Method of procurement: Single-Stage Two-Envelope Procedure. Issuance: Tender documents will be available from the office on payment of a non-refundable fee (details in the bidding documents). Bids must include required bid security and be valid for ninety (90) days. Tender processing fee and CDR/Bank Draft requirements apply as specified in the bidding documents.

Submission & opening: Bids are to be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Kalat Division at Khuzdar.
