Ministry of Communications, National Highway Authority (NHA) Punjab-North Region (Central Zone) invites e-bids from eligible contractors for maintenance works on N-5 and emergency rehabilitation of a damaged bridge on Srinagar Highway. Contractors must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026.

Bidding documents are available free of cost on the NHA e-bidding website. Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelopes. Bid security equal to 2% of the Engineer’s Estimate is required in the shape of Pay Order / CDR in favor of “National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund-Security Deposit)”. All bids must be submitted online through the NHA e-bidding portal. Bids will be opened on 2026-07-24 at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
