CDA Road Division-I Invitation to Bid – Improvement/Rehabilitation of IT Park Approach Road, Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Road Division-I invites electronic bids for the improvement/rehabilitation of the approach road (IT Park) from Kurri Road to Zong HQ, Islamabad. Estimated NIT cost is Rs. 23,457,507 with a Bid Security of Rs. 703,725. Eligible firms must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with Project Code CE-01 for 2026-27.

Bidding is under Rule 36(a) Single-Stage, One-Envelope (PPRA Rules, 2004). Bidding documents are available on the PPRA E-PADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and www.ppra.org.pk; only firms registered on E-PADS may bid. Submit bids online via E-PADS by 30-07-2026, 11:30 hrs (opening 12:00 Noon same day at the office of Director Roads, CDA, Islamabad). A scanned Pay Order/CDR bid security must be uploaded; original bid security and attested PEC registration, CNIC and tax registration certificate must be submitted to the Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA as instructed in the bidding documents. Manual bids will not be entertained.
