Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt.) Ltd. (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids (Single-Stage, One-Envelope) for leasing a site for development of an Educational Institute with allied facilities under a Public-Private Partnership. Eligible applicants include franchisees, individuals, or institutions in collaboration with an educational institute having valid registration with the appropriate Federal or Provincial department.
