Chief Minister's Office Punjab Tender for Stationery, Printing, Photocopier & Misc. Services (E-Bids)

Chief Minister's Office, Punjab invites E-bids on a lot basis from eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors/service providers (JVs if applicable) registered with relevant authorities and tax departments for procurement of items/services under the listed heads of account. Contracts will be awarded separately for each lot; E-bids will be received using the single-stage two-envelope procedure.

Submission deadline: 2026-07-22 at 11:00 AM (E-bid Submission)

Opening: 2026-07-22 at 12:30 AM (E-bid Opening)

Place: 2nd Floor, Chief Minister's Office Punjab, 8-Club Road, GOR-I, Lahore.

All E-bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to the estimated price as specified in the tender documents, in the name of "Chief Minister's Office" in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order. Late E-bids will be rejected.

Original bid security instrument must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the Bidding Document Number and Title before the E-bid submission deadline to:
