Purpose: Invitation for e-bids on a lot basis for supply/procurement items. Registered firms/companies, sole proprietors, general order/service providers (JV if applicable) engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax, as applicable) are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit separate e-bids for each lot. E-bids will be received as per single stage two-envelope procedure. All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order in the name of "Chief Minister's Office" as mentioned against each lot.

• Respondents must upload bids on the PPRA / E-PADS portal (URL referenced: http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx). The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
• Original bid security instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title before the e-bid submission deadline to the Procurement Office at the address above.
• Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline and not to wait for the last date/time. Submission via E-PADS portal is the responsibility of the bidder; Chief Minister's Office will not be responsible for portal issues.
