LESCO Tender 4389 – Supply & Commissioning of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for Distribution Transformers

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). LESCO invites sealed e-bids (E-PADs) on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from pre-qualified suppliers/manufacturers/registered dealers/vendors (with Income Tax & Sales Tax registration) for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) and allied materials/services for distribution transformers on high AT&C loss feeders.

Scope: Supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of APMS for 10, 15, 25, 50, 100, 200, 400 & 630-KVA distribution transformers on designated 146 feeders. Delivery to consignee stores and installation/commissioning in respective LESCO circles.

• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-16 at 14:00 (Room No. 312, LESCO Office).
• Submission deadline: 2026-07-28 at 10:30 AM (online via E-PADs).
• Bid opening: 2026-07-28 at 11:00 AM.
