Bank Alfalah Limited — Recovery Suit Notice (Banking Court No.17, Karachi)

Bank Alfalah Limited has filed a recovery suit in Banking Court No.17, Karachi against Mr. Muhammad Ehsan Hassan Darani and others claiming Rs. 3,895,475.10 plus costs and service charges under Section 9(1) of the Recovery of Finance Institutions Ordinance (XLV of 2001).
