Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO). SEPCO invites sealed/electronic item-wise bids from eligible printing firms and suppliers for printing electricity consumer bill forms through EPADS v2.0 on an FCS basis (free delivery to consignee's stores). Participation open to WAPDA/DISCOs/GENCOs/NGC registered and non-registered firms subject to eligibility in bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.
Procurement method: Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(a). Delivery to Regional Stores SEPCO Rohri & Larkana.

Bid security: All e-bids/electronic bids must be accompanied by fixed bid security in favor of Chief Executive Officer SEPCO Sukkur in the shape of Bank Guarantee / CDR / Banker Cheque from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. Original bid security must be submitted to the Procuring Agency on or before the date & time of e-bids submission; failing which the e-bid will be rejected.
Other conditions: Bid validity 90 days. Bidders must quote firm & final prices; no request for cost escalation will be entertained. Full instructions and conditions are in the bidding documents on EPADS.
