District Council Faisalabad (Tel: 041-9201395, Email: [email protected]) invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms/contractors/suppliers for Annual Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS).
Key submission details:
- Electronic bid submission through Punjab e-PS only by 11:30 AM on 2026-08-12.
- Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council, Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
- Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost/value must be submitted as prescribed. Only electronic bids submitted via the Punjab e-PS will be accepted; manual or hard-copy bids will not be entertained. Physical financial instruments (CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts or bank guarantees) are not acceptable unless otherwise specified in applicable instructions.
