Tender: Repair & Maintenance of Roads, Waiting Room & Allied Facilities — Dera Ghazi Khan

Public Sector Organization, Dera Ghazi Khan invites sealed item-rate tenders from pre-qualified / enlisted and security-cleared firms for repair/maintenance works as per the schedule below. Tender documents are non-transferable and available for sale at the office in Dera Ghazi Khan.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

- Bidders must be pre-qualified/enlisted and security-cleared firms. - Bid security: 2% of bid value in the form of Call Deposit / Bank Draft as specified in the tender documents. - Earnest money must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope along with the tender; name of work must be clearly marked on the envelope. - Two copies of the BOQ must be submitted by the bidder (one original + one photocopy); both must be signed, stamped and the name of the work clearly mentioned on the envelope. - Rates must be written both in figures and words; in case of conflict, words prevail. - Tender documents will be issued during working hours (Monday to Friday). Issuance may close one day earlier than the opening date. - Conditional or late tenders will be rejected; tenders will not be issued/accepted by post/courier/telegraphic means. - The procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and to call for rate analysis to check reasonability and workability of any item.
