Capital Development Authority (CDA), Mechanical Division-II invites electronic bids on the ePADS system from eligible contractors/firms for the following electrical and allied works at Pak Secretariat Building, Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be enlisted/registered on ePADS, hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license with appropriate category & codes, an Electrical license issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad for execution of electrical & mechanical works, and be registered for NTN & GST with FBR. Bid security in the form of a CDR is required as specified below. Bids must be submitted and will be opened on the ePADS portal as per the schedule.
