NATCO Tender — Supply of Genuine/OEM Spare Parts for Passenger & Cargo Fleet (Closing 2026-07-28)

Issuer: Northern Areas Transport Corporation (NATCO), Gilgit-Baltistan. NATCO invites sealed bids for the annual supply of genuine/OEM or OEM-equivalent spare parts for its passenger and cargo fleet for fiscal year 2026–27 (Yutong buses, Daewoo buses, Hino (Euro) buses, Toyota Coasters, Toyota Hi-Roof vans, Shacman trucks, Daewoo trucks, Fiat trucks, Hino trucks and other operational vehicles).

Tender documents and detailed terms & conditions can be obtained from the Office of Manager Procurement (NATCO Head Office, Gilgit) and General Manager (South), NATCO Islamabad, upon payment of the non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000. The fee must be deposited in the official NATCO account titled "PK36ALFHL0119001003485687 NATCO". No cash payments will be accepted. Firms downloading documents from NATCO website must also deposit the prescribed tender fee and attach the original deposit receipt with the Technical Proposal.

Key eligibility and submission requirements:

• Valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration (STN) and Active Taxpayer (ATL) status required.
• Minimum five (05) years proven experience in supplying automotive spare parts to government departments, public sector organizations or large fleet operators; documentary evidence required.
• Preference to authorized dealers/distributors of the relevant vehicle manufacturers.
• Bidder must not have been blacklisted/debarred by any provincial or federal government organization in the last five years; a No-Blacklisting Affidavit to be submitted with the bid.
• Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure: Technical Proposal must include eligibility documents, tender fee receipt and bid security; Financial Proposal must contain the price schedule only.
• Proposals must be submitted on or before the prescribed date and time. Late bids will not be accepted. NATCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with GPPRA Rules.
