Issuer: Official Liquidator of Shalimar Recording & Broadcasting Company Limited (SRBCL) — under liquidation. The Official Liquidator, through M/s Easy World (Auctioneer), invites sealed/online bids and participation in an open auction of movable and immovable assets of SRBCL/ATV stations.

Assets offered include land and buildings at SRBCL/ATV station locations, vehicles, diesel generators, transmission towers, office equipment, furniture and other miscellaneous items. Properties and assets are located across multiple cities as listed below.

Auction dates and format: 01 August and 02 August 2026. Daily auction hours: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Bidding will be conducted on the online platform (https://easypworld.pk) and simultaneously offline at all SRBCL/ATV stations and the Islamabad Head Office.

Inspection: Interested parties may inspect assets at the respective SRBCL/ATV locations during the inspection period (as advertised) prior to the auction. Prospective bidders should confirm inspection schedule and asset lists with the auctioneer.

How to participate: Participate online through the specified e-auction platform or attend the offline venues. Follow registration and bidding procedures provided by M/s Easy World (auctioneer). The Official Liquidator reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to amend conditions.
